Heal your body, soothe the mind and reconnect to your true self through Sacred Lomi sessions
In my healing practice, I create a safe and sacred space where clients can freely express and offload their pain. Through compassionate and spiritual listening, I provide the necessary validation and support to help them process their experiences. This space is not only about conversation but also about a profound energetic exchange, where deep emotional healing takes place.
The healing process I offer integrates elements of Lomi Lomi Nui, spiritual energy work, and trauma-informed care, all of which align closely with Dr. Gabor Maté’s insights in his book When the Body Says No. Dr. Maté highlights how emotional repression, unresolved trauma, and chronic stress can manifest physically, often in the form of illness or pain. In my practice, I recognize that the body holds onto trauma and unprocessed emotions, which can become stagnant and block the flow of life force.
By facilitating a process of cleansing and realignment, my aim is to release these heavy energies, allowing clients to feel lighter, more grounded, and in tune with their true selves. Through the energy healing process, I help balance the chakras and restore the flow of life force, which, according to Dr. Maté, is essential for healing the body and mind. When we disconnect from our emotional experiences or suppress our feelings for the sake of others, we often end up experiencing physical symptoms—this disconnection is what I help clients address through somatic touch and spiritual energy work.
In my sessions, Lomi Lomi Nui serves as a powerful tool for helping clients reconnect with their bodies. Dr. Maté often speaks of the importance of emotional and physical integration in healing. Lomi Lomi Nui is a deeply nurturing practice that works through the body to reawaken its innate wisdom and intelligence. When clients dissociate due to past trauma, this form of massage helps activate their body’s ability to heal, restore balance, and process stored emotional pain. As Dr. Maté emphasizes, true healing happens when we allow the body and mind to work in harmony, a process facilitated through the embodied touch of Lomi Lomi Nui.
I also integrate cord-cutting rituals in my sessions. These rituals are designed to sever energetic ties with individuals or situations that drain us and contribute to our emotional depletion. This is directly aligned with Maté’s discussion of chronic self-sacrifice, where individuals give so much of themselves to others that they lose their own vitality and health. By consciously cutting these energetic cords, clients can reclaim their energy and restore balance in their lives, which is essential for both emotional and physical well-being.
Furthermore, inner child healing plays a pivotal role in my approach. Dr. Maté argues that unresolved childhood trauma is often at the root of many emotional and physical health issues in adulthood. In my sessions, I guide clients to reconnect with their wounded inner child, providing space for them to release stored pain and heal past wounds. This process is integral to healing because it allows clients to reintegrate the parts of themselves that may have been suppressed for years.
Through a combination of spiritual listening, energy healing, massage, cord-cutting, and inner child healing, my work addresses the mind-body connection that Dr. Maté so deeply values. It is an approach that fosters profound healing, restoring balance and connection to both the body and mind. In alignment with Maté’s perspective, I believe that true health emerges when individuals learn to honor their bodies, express their emotions, and nurture their inner selves.
If you are ready to begin a journey of deep healing and transformation, I invite you to join me in a sacred space where body, mind, and spirit can reconnect and heal in unison.
